After you have scheduled your session, you should receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. This email will include the date and time of your session, the name of your tutor, and what you plan on working on.
The day of your session, you will receive a reminder email. In your reminder email, there will be a Zoom link. When you click on this link, it will direct you to the session waiting room. You will remain in the waiting room until the tutor lets you in. If you are in the waiting room 10 minutes after your session time began, leave the session and email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you ASAP.
